"Shipping Bottles Could Use Improvement"
The essential oils are really nice, but they ought to find some bottles that are way more spill-proof or switch up their shipping method. The bottles came in a jiffy bag within a box, and let me tell ya, the jiffy bag smelled pretty strong since about 10 to 20% of each bottle leaked out, even with the caps on.

Plus, the packaging is top-notch and looks almost like a gift!
I can’t recommend ‘Moods Essential Oils’ enough.
The oils are priced reasonably and are of great quality.

I really adore your oils, they’re fantastic! However, I haven’t been able to place an order for some time since I’ve seen that clear pay isn’t an option anymore? I usually use clear pay a lot; it makes it simpler for me to manage the expenses.

"Great Experience"
I got myself some elephant pants. The delivery was super fast, and the quality seems solid. They had a scent of essential oils (which smelled nice), but after a wash, they were all good. I'd definitely shop here again.

"Poor Communication and No Delivery Assurance"
I've reached out to the company through Facebook Messenger and sent several emails, but I've heard nothing back. I opted for faster shipping, yet my order was dispatched using the free delivery method, and I'm still in the dark about when it might arrive. Not only is it late, but I also have no clue if it’s even coming since they don’t respond. I've paid for a service that I haven't gotten. This is the fourth email I've sent. My Facebook message was seen but totally ignored.
